Graduate Financial AnalystDescription -This role is responsible for providing support to the SEMA Print team.The Graduate Financial Analyst will provide business support as required:Analyzing financial drivers & identify variances to plansReporting operational resultsHelp business counterpart to forecast the quarterly exitProvide recommendation to guide business team taking the right decisionsCompliance to audit rules is a mustDevelop or enhance existing tools to simplifyInterface with both category and finance teams from anywhere in SEMA marketResponsibilities: Provides financial analysis to SEMA PrintExtract and report data in a clear and simple mannerProvides financial analysis to ad-hoc business or finance requestsForecasts accuracyDevelops an understanding of HP's financial processes and a working knowledge of the businessAutomatize new tools to help moving to digital transformationBusiness partnering engagementStrong teamwork with Central and local finance teamsKnowledge and Skills: Good understanding of finance processesGood analytical skillsGood business application skills (Excel, PowerBI).Good communication skillsGood teamwork skillsEnglish fluentGood in managing prioritiesEducation and Experience Required: First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommendedTypically 0+ years of experience as a financial analystWe love our work environment.
