Talent Acquisition ConsultantDescription -Delivering a unified and seamless HP experience for our customers and partners is key to our business strategy, and software is the way we make it happen.Our multi-cultural EMEA Talent Acquisition Team is looking for a new team member mainly dedicated to hiring for Software Engineering.If you are passionate about recruiting and AI and can bring new ideas and solutions, join us to embark on a diverse and exciting journey in a dynamic, high-tech environment.Please be aware that this is a temporary position for 1 year.As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will: Collaborate with Hiring Managers on defining the relevant sourcing strategies, optimal effective methods on screening/interviewing candidates, and offer negotiation stepsManage and drive end-to-end recruitment projects, with a primary focus on Poland, ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and diversityParticipate in various hiring and brand enhancement projects through collaborations with the Employer brand team, other internal and external partnersLeverage key recruitment tools and channels to reach both passive and active candidates, including proactive searchAct as a consultant to the local People Organization colleagues and to Hiring Managers on the recruiting process to ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulationsContinuously look to expand your own and team knowledge on the talent market, bring competitors’ insights and outside the box solutionsWho are we looking for?3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably IT / SW engineering related.Fluency in English, verbal and writtenStrong project management and process management skills.Expert in digital and social media, playing on multiple channels to influencing opinions, and increase brand awareness.Willing to learn about and apply AI recruiting solutionsCollaborator – capable of building relationships across diverse teams and cultures.A unique voice and a talent to challenge the status quo, with a growth mindset, continuously learning. Independent results-oriented professional with the ability to adopt a pragmatic and flexible approach in a dynamic environment.How will we help your personal and professional development?We don’t label you or your performance we look to help you grow your unique potentialSpecial annual Finance Days dedicated to innovation in the profession, directly hearing from our Chief Finance Officer and other key executivesSkill Champions Development program lead by passionate team members to help you learn while they learn from you as wellNew disruptive technology introductions sessions We love our work environment.
