Our passion for our customer and our employees will be our differentiation.Supporting these objectives, as part of the Category organization, the Business Management team is the end-to-end responsible to provide best-in-class business management expertise to drive execution against business targets through globally consistent processes, strong collaboration, and deep insights.The role of the Workforce Solutions Digital Services Business Manager is to enable the WS business by:Setting and publishing business targets quarterly and semi-annual supporting the delivery of WS Budget for Digital Services Global Business Unit.Closely track the WS Digital Services Business performance. Monitor execution through consistent set of meetings & forums, tracking performance against goals & objectives through consistent, standard, and clear deliverables & dashboardsFrame Business Story - Articulate the “business story” in clear & fact-based manner including steps to mitigate when “off-track “construct data and business analysis to measure business performance and provide business insights to the WS Organization.Build up Insights - Lead in-depth business analytics to drive tangible, actionable insights on areas to grow & investResponsibilities: Deep understanding of the category product, business management and sales challenges and strategies.Actively contributes/leads the definition of the category business plan.Establishes relationships and represents team with sales force, markets, finance and other partners at senior level.Product line and quota responsibility for a significant share of the product range, or a specific customer segment.Functional responsibility for the team in one or several areas (market analysis, marketing engagement, etc).Leads overall engagement with DS Global Business Unit team, Finance and several sales teams.Education & Experience:University or Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or Finance; advanced degree or MBA preferred.Typically 5-8 years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred.Demonstrated leadership experience in driving engagement.Knowledge & Skills: IT industry knowledge.Business planning skills, multidimensional.Translate business requirements into traceable and insightful solutions.Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting.Strong influencing and communication skills at senior management level internally and externally.Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.Leadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, supply chain, marketing).Job -SalesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
