nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking. The Learning Design team is responsible for building and delivering a broad catalog of enablement content, based on the core nCino product as well as the ancillary skills, tools and best practices needed by our employees, partners, and customers to successfully implement, adopt, and scale the nCino platform. This content is delivered across several enablement platforms including self-paced and blended E-learning, lab exercises and certification questions. As an Instructional Designer, you are responsible for using E-learning instructional development software and other technologies to streamline education courses for nCino professionals. Your duties include consulting with subject matter experts (SME) to determine the efficiency of course designs, transferring knowledge into online formats, and supporting the maintenance of nCino’s learning ecosystem. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for educational development, and an obsession for technology this is the role you have been looking for. Essential Functions  Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders to understand business and learning needs and drive solutions Cross-collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs in various departments to write learning objectives and develop knowledge assessments. Design learning experiences through engaging activities and practice. Develop participant and trainer materials using a variety of presentation, word processing and E-Learning software. Support the communication of learning deliverables to the appropriate audiences Utilize organization's methodologies, tools and templates to develop learning deliverables. Align training goals with overall corporate and departmental objectives.  Qualifications Required: Experience in design/development of learning modules Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years’ experience or combination of education and experience Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite Familiarity with e-learning software tools, such as Elucidat Ability and willingness to learn and utilize emerging technologies Ability to translate client expectations and needs into learning deliverable Excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills Experience in design/development of individual learning modules Desired: Instructional design certification Instructional Design and/or Instructional Delivery Experience  Designed/developed modules for entry-level or front-line employees Banking and financial services industry experience Salesforce.com platform experience nCino product knowledge nCino retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position as business operations require.
