As Customer Excellence (CE) Product Readiness Manager, you will support the CE Organization in planning, execution, and preparedness of new product releases.
The Customer Excellence teams include Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Outcomes, and Professional Services. You will report to our Sr. Manager, Customer Excellence Product Readiness
You Will:
Create, measure and assess readiness needs while working with cross-functional CE team representatives
Run and develop the CE Offerings program with working with lines of businesses across CE to get offerings to market
Partner closely with the CE Product Readiness Managers to evaluate organizational release processes and their impact on CE
Manage program dependencies between readiness projects and milestones, including a broad stakeholder network
Develops processes that drive standardization and efficiency through operational rigor across Release Management, Production Support and Program Management
Deep understanding of the product development life cycle across various areas of business operations (finance, revenue, people experiences, supply chain, recruiting, workspaces, etc.)
Utilizes Agile development framework to run projects and partner with Product and Engineering teams.
This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end.
Solicit and refine the feedback of the involved teams for process improvement on readiness evaluation, including potential recommendations on product lifecycle management
Create and maintain scalable program resources
Own and maintain product operations programs as necessary
Organize and run stakeholder meetings
Confirm necessary resources are in place for upcoming meetings and launches
Partner closely with Product and Product Marketing to scale processes and improve resources
Evaluate incoming requests and assign priority and assignments
Partner with the enablement team to ensure relevant technical training materials are developed and delivered
You Have:
5+ years of experience working with the Smartsheet Platform including understanding of the connection between different assets and how solutions scale
3+ years of experience coordinating a program that includes changes to process, people and technology
Experience and knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
Experience communicating and presenting to a variety of audiences from project team member to internal partner to executive
Ability to manage and facilitate meetings to develop plans and achieve intended outcomes
Ability to influence and/or drive consensus among cross-functional teams
Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity

Smartsheet provides a competitive range of compensation for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer.
California & New York: $124,200 - $178,200 All other US States: $115,000 - $165,000
