Learn more at  diligent.com . Diligent is currently seeking a motivated and talented Junior\Intermediate BT Developer to join our dynamic Integration and Artificial Intelligence development team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and supporting integrations, along with contributing to our RAG, GPT models and other AI-related initiatives tailored for enterprise use cases. Proficiency in process and data analytics skills is essential for successful execution, given the substantial role of data in both Integrations and Artificial Intelligence. This position requires a strong commitment to self-learning and offers abundant opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and forward-thinking company. As an integral part of our team, you will have end-to-end ownership of services, spanning from code development to deployment and monitoring. Your responsibilities will also include active participation in architecture discussions and regular demonstrations to the entire department. Your contribution will be pivotal to the success of our AI and integration projects, making this role both challenging and rewarding.   Key Responsibilities: Design and execute integration of data seamlessly into Diligent’s internal infrastructure, with a focus on scalability and efficiency. Proven experience with stakeholders to understand business requirements and integration needs. Design data mapping, transformation, and routing logic for efficient data flow. Strong understanding to closely work with cross-functional teams to design, development, and implement of RAG, GPT models, ensuring they align with specific enterprise needs such as document processing, knowledge extraction, and contextual understanding. Engage in self-directed learning to stay updated on the latest advancements in natural language processing and GPT architectures, applying this knowledge to enhance internal solutions. Optimize RAG through various data models, indexing and search techniques for performance and resource efficiency, ensuring they meet the high standards required for enterprise applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure a user-friendly experience on their internal applications, through data integration and AI capabilities. Actively participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and adhere to coding standards and best practices. Take initiative in troubleshooting and debugging issues, ensuring timely resolutions. Participate in documentation efforts and engage with fellow team members to cultivate a collaborative learning environment. Required Experience/Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on development experience, preferably within a SaaS company. Strong exposure to Integration Tools such as Boomi or Mulesoft. Familiarity with SOA/ESB/Message Queues/Serverless architectures. Proficiency in understanding SOAP and REST services, encompassing both XML and JSON message formats. Intermediate programming skills, with a preference for Python, JS, React, and Typescript. Experience in developing on Vector-based databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Redis) and other search-optimized data stores. Proven ability to manage workload independently, taking personal responsibility for delivery, and demonstrating a commitment to self-improvement. Strong problem-solving, analytical capabilities, and troubleshooting skills required to effectively communicate what is required. Preferred but not essential: Demonstrated integration experience in various domains such as Lead to Cash (Customer engagement, billing, payment, invoicing), HR (Payroll, Benefits, Absence), and Finance (Accounting & General Ledger). Experience working in a cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS and SageMaker Knowledge of designing, creating, and managing release pipelines. Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM/Lean software development methodologies. Eagerness to learn new languages and frameworks. Familiarity with Source Code Control Systems (e.g., Git/GitHub).
