We are looking for an experienced manager to join our Business Enablement team, supporting products like Apple Card, Apple Cash, Apple Music and more. You will be serving as Chief of Staff for our Business Operations Organization. This team’s functions include Data Science and Analytics, Partner Operations, Trust and Safety, Marketing Enablement, Business Development Enablement, and Business Enablement. To support an organization of this size and complexity, the Chief of Staff is expected to support both strategy and tactics, including efforts from driving Inclusion and Diversity strategies to facilitating organizational calibrations. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Experienced manager, ideally having managed managers, within Apple required. Ability to construct and drive clear, pragmatic, and effective visions and plans for team talent programs which engage team member enthusiasm while achieving measurable goals. Embody and drive our cultural values of inclusion and diversity, transparent and supportive leadership, and adherence to policies and standards. Facilitate alignment, approvals, and decisions for talent program roadmaps and strategies at senior leadership levels by using excellent executive communication skills Lead team members of all levels through talent roadmap deliverables with people change management skills, organization, clear and effective communication, and empathy. Understand macro and micro trends and impacts upon the organization and team members, and use this knowledge to see around corners to create effective talent plans to mitigate future risk and optimize team effectiveness. Ability to apply critical thinking and metrics to talent program goal setting and results in order to continuously measure and achieve improvement in key talent metrics. Apply excellent organizational and project management skills, delegation skills, and ability to influence without authority to drive projects to successful completion. Strong judgment rooted in experience to enable sound recommendations to leadership for addressing team-related issues, course-correcting, or improving team program approaches. Experience developing scorecards for business functions or departments to measure health metrics, as well as associated management systems to use these metrics to drive improvements over time. Ability to propose the future state for mature talent programs, while leading teams through the transition to this state as the organization matures. Description Description This role will be responsible for driving critical department strategies and implementations focused on talent, including manager development, inclusion and diversity, employee satisfaction, and total compensation planning programs. This role is responsible for programs supporting our Business Operations talent which enable our team members to do thier lives’ best work. This role will drive alignment on the goals, strategies, and tactics that will be employed across leadership and teams, and will establish and measure key performance indicators to be used for continuous program improvement. Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelors in Business, Engineering or a related field required. MBA or Management Consulting experience is a plus.
