Job Requisition ID #24WD75815Position OverviewAre you interested in building compensation programs in a software design and services company that i shaping the world? As a Compensation Partner, you will collaborate and support Human Resources implement compensation programs and analysis. You will deliver and influence important initiatives on our exciting roadmap of transforming compensation at Autodesk. You will partner with M&A.You will be based in the U.S, in a remote capacity and will report to the Director, Compensation.ResponsibilitiesYou will provide compensation consulting expertise to acquisition deal team or other assigned areas, advising on how best to improve pay componentsYou will partner with other Compensation Team members, Business Partners, and deal team on job mapping and compensation recommendations for acquired companiesYou will contribute to the program delivery of base pay, annual incentives, equity and recognition programsSupport the successful completion of the annual compensation cycle, which includes the delivery of promotions, base pay adjustments and incentivesYou will support annual review of base pay and equity ranges, along with the creation and rollout of guidelines and delivery of compensation decision-making and processesYou will provide guidance to HR and management on compensation decision makingYou will utilize selection techniques and evaluation criteria in completing analysis and developing solutions/recommendationsHelp develop education and communication materials, working with internal or external resourcesYou will apply compensation theory in the review and in suggesting compensation program improvementsEnsure competitiveness of programs using local market surveys and develop ad hoc surveysContribute to the talent strategy to help guide our goals and to improve the employee experienceMinimum QualificationsYou have 7+ years experience providing compensation consulting/support to client groups within a global organization and have M&A experienceHave experience consulting on job and compensation harmonization for acquisitionsExpert knowledge in market pricing, job leveling, and HR policyExpertise in costing analysis, statistical analysis, and modelingYou have advanced expertise in Excel & PowerPointThe Ideal CandidateYou have Workday experienceLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $115,000 and $186,010. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
