Job Requisition ID #24WD76154Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Data Analyst Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide valuable insights into user behavior, preferences, and identify opportunities for improvement and new ideas. You will collect, processing, and analyzing data from various sources, such as surveys, experiments, and usage logs. Additionally, you will help create dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders. Furthermore, you will utilize your expertise in creating and editing visual content, including maps, charts, and graphs, and transforming data sets into visually compelling visuals. You will also provide visual, technical, and editorial guidance to ensure the highest quality of data visualizations. You will be reporting to the Customer Analytics, Manager. You will be working in a hybrid environment and are expected to be at the office 3 days a week.ResponsibilitiesCollect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources, including surveys, experiments, and usage logs, to uncover valuable insights into user behavior, preferences, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovationUtilize advanced statistical and analytical techniques to analyze and interpret complex datasetsAssess impact of business strategies and provide clear articulation of analysis to support decision-making for senior managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs for data analysisDesign and develop data models, dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate recommendations to stakeholdersCreate and edit visual content, including maps, charts, and graphs, to provide visual representations of data insightsTransform quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals that communicate key informationProvide expert-level visual, technical, and editorial guidance to ensure the highest quality of data visualizationsStay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analysis and visualization techniquesMentor and provide guidance to junior data analysts in data analysis methodologies and best practicesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs and provide strategic recommendations on the most effective visual representation of dataConduct quality checks on visual content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelinesCommunicate complex data insights and findings through visually compelling presentations and reports, tailored to different audiencesBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar roleMinimum Qualifications7-8 Years Relevant Work Experience in a SAAS companyKnowledge about SAAS business model and KPI’sPreference to experience in retention and expansion analyticsExperience with statistical analysis softwareStrong experience with SQL and accessing various cloud data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake)Strong experience with BI / Data Visualization tools (E.g.
