Our software and services harness emerging technologies—such as additive manufacturing (3D printing), artificial intelligence, generative design, and robotics—that give companies and individuals the power to work more quickly, effectively, and sustainably throughout the entire project lifecycle.Autodesk Fusion is the first 3D CAD, CAM, CAE, and PCB tool of its kind, unifying design, engineering, electronics, and manufacturing to connect your entire product development process into one cloud-based platform.We are growing our Autodesk Fusion Manufacturing Data Model (MFGDM) team in Canada, and looking for a Principal Product Owner to join our team. MFGDM is the foundation of Manufacturing Cloud and core to Data Framework to build manufacturing data model and cloud services to shift from traditional monolithic file to granular data and then to enable concurrency, integration, automation and collaboration throughout the entire product lifecycle with granular data, making it possible to empower customers to design and make better products faster.The team we are growing in Canada will focus on building fundamental data extraction pipeline in MFGDM, defining the data model and building related services to extract valuable data assets and establish data centricity, hence enabling product team using the granulated data to fulfill critical customer workflows, building insights from the data, and releasing full values buried in files. The team will develop, deploy, maintain and support data extraction solutions & services. The team need collaborate with other MFGDM teams in Canada and with extended teams cross GEOs. Now, we are an autonomic, T-shape, and energetic group. The whole team effort is an essential part for achieving corporate data strategy and winning the race to the next gen Design & Manufacturing Platform. If you are profoundly passionate about building, running, and owning resilient Data services and platforms utilizing a variety of Cloud technologies, then this position will be a perfect landing for you!Autodesk supports FLEX working model.Location: Toronto or Montreal, to co-locate with existing MFGDM teams.ResponsibilitiesWork with a range of stakeholders including Product Managers, Experience Designers, Software Architects, senior leadership, and scrum teams to translate business and technical requirements into workable backlogInspire and motivate the scrum team by painting a vision for both short and long term and recognizing development progressIdentify and document detailed condition of satisfactions for User StoriesManage and prioritize backlog and stay on top of priority questions, ensure incremental delivery of business value over timeWork with multiple scrum teams and Product Owners to drive planning and executionParticipate in internal testing and engage with customers to validate deliverables and drive product iteration towards long term visionCreate demos for scrum teams and stakeholdersCommunicate release plan, project status and deliverables to stakeholders in both oral and written format proficientlyCreate analytics to measure success and identify continuous improvement opportunitiesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent5+ years of product management or product owner or equivalent experience on commercial Web productsAccountable with a strong understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile development practices/tooling and a broad knowledge of full software development lifecycleAn active listener with the strong interpersonal skills needed and open mind to work with various stakeholdersAn excellent communicator, both in written and verbal form, with the ability to present to large audiences and lead group activitiesCapable of prioritizing and managing your time and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, results-oriented environmentWillingness to collaborate with colleagues across different time zonesWillingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities and acceptance of changing requirements, even late in the development cycleKnowledge and appreciation of cloud services specially back-end is desirablePreferred QualificationsCertified Scrum Product Owner or Advanced Scrum Product Owner#LI-POSTLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
