You will support the daily operations of the GTM hierarchy and leading the offshore team in training on new tools for their daily tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders, product management, and engineering teams to solve issues and contribute to solutions.You will report to a Manager - Data ServicesResponsibilitiesSupport the daily operations of the GTM hierarchy, ensuring a smooth processesLead the offshore team, providing guidance and training on new tools and processesCollaborate with stakeholders, product management, and engineering teams to understand and address any challengesAttend daily calls to discuss and resolve operational issues, and contribute to finding innovative solutionsContinuously improve and optimize processes to enhance effectivenessMaintain a understanding of the GTM hierarchy and related systems to provide accurate supportStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvementMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experienceExperience with GTM hierarchy operations or a similar roleLeadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with partners and cross-functional teamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problemsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in relevant tools and systems used in GTM hierarchy operations#LI-DV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $61,900 and $100,100. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
