Job Requisition ID #24WD75953Position OverviewThe Workplace Events and Experience Coordinator is a visible role where you will manage all workplace-related aspects of event strategy, event programming and event production, customer interface, vendor management and resourcing for events in our San Francisco location. You will report to the Workplace Events and experience Manager in San Francisco, CA. This role will be in an onsite capacity at our One Market location and requires a flexible work schedule.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for Event Strategy and will accomplish the event and experience strategies including input from teams with the goal of supporting our goalsYou will be responsible for Event Programming and contribute to the success of the Workplace team ensuring understanding and consistency of the events and experience program in San FranciscoManage the Event Production and lead for the Autodesk Conference Experience and manage initiatives around excellence, customer service and executionBe the contact for delivering the best offsite/onsite experienceYou will manage all elements of the event/meeting requirements i.e., menus, signage posting, room setup, AV, accounting, VIPs, parking needs, recommendations for off-site activitiesYou will book meeting space and ensuring space is for the appropriate group sizeObtain access/approval for external vendors and attendeesYou are the liaison with support vendors, AV, Accounting for billing purposesProvide an update on all events, setup time, setup of room, number of attendees to clientProvide an event recap to staff to complete the meeting (includes menu, room name, setup of room, and AVYou will ensure the team maintains service level agreementsYou will monitor feedback, analyzes usage data and create reporting and insightsCreate event templates and guides to foster consistency across all AMER ACE spacesKeep abreast of the latest event trends and advancements and evaluate new tools and software to enhance event experiences and continue to improve and how we automate, scale and streamline event services:You will manage budgets, reporting and other data insights on vendor services, spend, metricsMinimum Qualifications:You have a Bachelor's degree in business, events, hospitality or equivalent relevant experience; 3+ years' experience workplace and event management, including experience in hospitality and handling large eventsYou have advanced skills: (Excel (can perform complex functions) , PowerPoint, Word) and a working knowledge of SharePoint#LI-POSTLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
