The Community team is seeking a seeking an exceptional, customer-centric community lead for Germany focusing on our Video and Design product groups. The DE Community lead will be responsible for building relationships and developing programs to foster engagement with our customer community around Premiere Pro and Adobe's Design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Firefly. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting creative professional, and is experienced in running events, leading partnerships, and building community relationship programs. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the German Creative Community!What You'll Do:Launch, run, and increase impact of on-going community programs including online and in person events and community partnershipsBuild and nurture relationships with community leaders and event organisers across GermanyPartner on programming content on Adobe Live, integrated marketing campaigns and on social media strategy that highlight the community.Measure and track impact of events and partnerships, report on results to overall organisationManage vendors and freelancers for event support.Collaborate with EMEA teams including DE Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing Managers and CommsAmplify community engagement initiatives and stay up to date with creative trends/needs of the creative communityWhat You Need to Succeed:A love for Adobe's community and understanding of Adobe products and servicesExperience building engagement programs and content to get customers creating with Adobe products and sharing with each otherAn understanding of platforms and services for online events and training programsExperience working with partners such as community groups, event organisers, and other companies serving individual entrepreneurs, small business owners and creative professionalsExcellent communication, networking, and project management skillsAbility to work independently across large internal and international teams as well as with partner organisations in the communityAbility to travel to community events up to 25% of the timeBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a design field relevant to any of the creative communities preferred or 6 years in marketing creative products or community building roleExperience using Creative Cloud tools and services is a bonusFluency in German & English is essentialAs our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
