DME customer expansion is an area of heightened focus for Adobe, having a growing ETLA customer base and a sizable partner ecosystem, the main challenge is to influence customer retention experience, increase sales productivity, and continued sales revenue growth.What you’ll doYou will partner with Adobe sellers, Ops, distributors and partners, lead the ETLA customer payment collection for 2nd and 3rd year, help to influence retention and renewals.Assist AEs to apply for pricing level manual adjustment with OM for every VIP 3YC dealManage customer case authorization, documentation, and reporting (use standard template reviewed by Legal) and help AEs to work through approval processWork with Ops and Channel sales team to manage partners and vendor’s feedback on local CRM system requirements and implement testing.Administrative works to support sales leader and FLMsWhat you need to succeedA good sense of teamwork and embrace a high performance team culture.The ability to understand OL/pipeline data to identify potential gaps in the business, support sales leaders to communicate, set up review cadence, consolidate feedbacks.Maintain strong communication with Adobe partners to evaluate effectiveness of programs and impact of operational strategies, programs and improvements.Define and manage local CRM infrastructure requirements and roadmap for tools improvements, reporting, and management of renewals.Proactively identify and escalate issues and potential obstacles to the successful execution of ETLA annual payment.Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, including pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required.Collaborate with APAC members and corporate team. Responsible for regularly updating the office operational status.Organize sales training sessions and sharing operational and financial data to effectively enhance team efficiency and collaborative capabilities.Additional RequirementsExperience in business administration and operations.Good communication skills (English written and verbal).Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate to address customer issues.Highly motivated individual with a results-driven orientation, capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
