We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The OpportunityAdobe's Digital Media Global Sales Strategy team Is a specialized group that advises the DMe Executive and Field Leadership teams on driving, assessing, and prioritizing the mid and long-term strategic direction and growth for the business. The team is focused on building a track record of spotting trends early and leading change throughout the DMe Field business. The Group broadly focuses on three sets of activities;Thought leadership on the current and future state of the DMe Field Segments and RTM’s and potential impact to Adobe’s overall strategy and business outcomes.Counsel to executives and field leaders on critical decisions (inclusive of “needle moving” growth drivers, global sales capability improvements, RTM and solution portfolio optimization, etc.)Internal projects to ensure Adobe’s processes and operations enable the company to grow and achieve our DMe Field mission and key objectives.What You'll DoDesign a world-class process for managing a high-volume of requests from multiple areas of the business into a consolidated list which reflects the top priorities of our business leaders.Create and deliver materials that synthesize details into an effective story and present to leaders and collaborators at all levels of the organization.Build concise and impactful written presentations and targeted communications as required to drive new strategies and resolve underlying issues.Guide cross team problem solving through development of frameworks/methodologies to create insightful analysis and recommendations; identify the right question to frame the team’s work and business needsSynthesizes findings into insights, including implications that inform business decisions; leverages insights to support strategic recommendations for DMe Field, with guidance from Sales Leaders, Segment Leads and PMM leads.Communicates and advocates insights and recommendation to business leaders and conveys viewpoints through written documents (e.g., QBR’s, executive updates). Delivers findings, recommendations, and implications to business partners to facilitate discussions and decision making.What you'll need to succeedExperience with cross-group collaboration, working across diverse collaborators to build partnerships, define benchmarks and execute initiatives.Compelling storytelling and presentation skills, experience presenting to leadership.Experience in the cloud computing industry, with an understanding of SaaS commercial programs, sales, channel and route to market motions.Self-directed strategic thinker, with a track record of delivering results.Proactive & self starter with experience driving critical initiativesOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $137,300 -- $252,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
