We will be going over the different design phases. Starting from a digital design to actual injection moulding the transducer parts and assembling them for evaluation. You will be working alongside the transducer engineers at the Nieuw-Vennep office in the Netherlands.What You Will Do - Program ScheduleTotal duration: 6 months, full-timeMonth 1,2 - First design iteration transducer (CAD design + simulation)Month 3 - Design for manufacturing + Ordering transducer partsMonth 4 - First transducer build + Second iteration transducer (CAD design + simulation)Month 5 - Design for manufacturing + Ordering transducer partsMonth 6 - Second transducer build + reportingWhat You’ll Need:Basic Qualifications:Experience with 3D CAD (Onshape preferred)Experience with Comsol simulation softwareWilling to assemble transducers (hands-on)Proficiency in software engineering toolsAbility to document requirements and specificationsBSc degree in Engineering or relevant field Experience with PythonAble to learn and apply new knowledge quicklyYou will learn basic acoustics and audio engineering skills in the internship programYour profile will be reviewed and you'll hear from us once we have an update.
