As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll enable the growth of ParsePort (a Workiva company) - ensuring our teams are equipped with the relevant equipment, software and tools to succeed. You’ll show initiative to solve problems and provide help desk and end-point support to employees and consultants. You’ll be empowered to make decisions in the best way that meets user needs. As the point of contact for end-users, you’ll have a strong awareness of security policies and best practices. You’ll also assist on Workiva & ParsePort  events and have scope to engage in project-related work. What You’ll DoProvide solution-oriented and customer-focused service to ParsePort and Workiva teamsAnswer phone calls, emails and messages from internal customers regarding IT issuesTrack and update the status of issues utilizing ticketing systemsProvide off-hour assistance on a rotational basisAnalyze and troubleshoot technical challenges - striving for prompt resolution - redirecting or escalating challenges as neededManaging end user accounts, permissions, and access for our SaaS platformsPerform installation and upgrades of applications, and device-specific softwareResearches solutions to problems using a variety of resourcesCreate and maintain internal and external-facing knowledge base articles Basic asset tracking and managementWhat You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications2+ years of related experience in IT or technical supportUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant career experience and expertisePreferred Qualifications Familiarity working in a growing technology organizationGood communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the business - and can simply complex technical languageAbility to manage communication via various channels - In-Person, Email, Phone, Slack (or similar messaging)Customer-centric mindsetDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and customer expectationsAbility to anticipate and solve technical challengesExperience onboarding and offboarding users and related platforms (Okta and JAMF experience a plus)Experience with ticketing and collaboration platforms (JIRA and Confluence experience a plus)Experience setting up conferencing and meeting room setupsDevice management experience - Windows, Mac, iOs and AndroidExperience with Google SuiteTravel Requirements & Working ConditionsLess than 10% travel Ability to lift packages of 12kgs on a regular basis and up to 34kgs on an occasional basisReliable internet access for any period of time when not working in a Workiva or ParsePort office.Working from ParsePort's Copenhagen office (Albertslund) with the option for hybrid working after the onboarding period. What we offer youWe can offer you a job in a dynamic and international company with many different customer groups, where you will have the opportunity to develop. We are a flexible workplace that values ​​our employees and gives great individual responsibility to each person in the company.Dedicated colleagues who take the time to help each otherAn informal and fun but focused work environmentLunch and massage arrangementSocial gatheringsAbout usParsePort is a part of a Workiva company, that provides a solution for international financial reporting in the XBRL and iXBRL formats.
