Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.Sr. Manager, Partner Sales The Sr. Manager, Partner Sales is responsible for the subregional results and partner revenue of the team, encouraging and accelerating the adoption of Genesys Cloud-based solutions. The Sr. Manager is an integral part of ensuring Genesys achieves revenue targets. Reporting to the Director, Partner Sales, you will be responsible for guiding a small regionally focused team. You will focus on encouraging revenue growth and realizing incremental business by our partners with our prospects and customers. As the Sr. Manager, you are responsible for all recruiting, coaching, development and people management of the talent within your team.You will ensure your team of Partner Account Managers can facilitate the best partner experiences at Genesys. You are attentive to solving the business needs of partners, overachieving joined targets, and delivering beyond expectations. All this is achieved in close collaboration and through the support of our instruments, resources, and colleagues - like Partner Enablement, Partner Marketing, and Customer Success Managers – whose goal is to help the Partner team create, close and deliver in the best possible way.We are passionate about Customer Experience as a Service, and our solutions pivot around improving both the customer and employee journey with cloud-based solutions. We are looking for a Sr. Manager that leads by example and in collaboration with all partner stakeholders towards One Genesys.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable to achieve growth and exceed indirect sales targets while driving pipeline and accurate forecasting.Executes and communicates partner sales strategy and setting the operational direction for assigned region.Develop and promote excellent, long-lasting partner relationships by working with Sales leadership and Account Executives to understand the needs of our partners and their customers.Develop and guide team talent while achieving overall team quota to encourage revenue for Genesys.Improving talent within channel team by providing team member coaching, training, and feedback.Work with organizations to create and implement creative go-to-market strategies.Create new routes to market, what will bring partnering to new heights with impact.Orchestrate key resources, collaborate with peers on best practices and creative ways to help team and partner to succeed.Further develop and grow the most strategic accounts in the region in line with allocated team quota.Support the expansion of the Genesys footprint within the partner ecosystem through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.Coordinate development of sales and marketing materials desired for channel partners to be successful.Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.Joins team in partner planning and review sessions, to develop mutual performance objectives and go-to-market plan within each partnership.Enable the Partner Managers to assist the partner in maximizing the return of their investment with Genesys.Assist in creating an environment of excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement with a strong demonstrable focus on growth mindset.Minimum Requirements10-12 years’ experience in SaaS industry with technology partners, sales, business development, or consulting in a global setting.Demonstrated history of exceeding partner sales quotas and establishing and managing partner relationships with deep knowledge of partner engagement models.Skilled in coaching and development, active listening, motivating others, influencing for change.Ability to work with complexity, while navigating and leading change in alignment with overall salles strategy.Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to develop multiple team members.Ability to multi-task and develop multiple streams of work simultaneously.Experience in the Enterprise software or Customer Relationship Management industry, selling Software as a Service.Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and takes ownership and thrives in a fast-moving environment.Excellent EQ, socially and situationally perceptive with ability to influence.Willing to travel as required.Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
