If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Responsibilities:Perform analysis on RF semiconductor devices to determine failure mechanism and root cause of customer returned, internal qualifications and product development.Failure analysis activities include non destructive and destructive analysis as well as working with chemicals.Requirements:Mandatory SkillsMinimum 5 years working experience in failure analysis of semiconductor devices.In depth understanding of semiconductor physics, MOS and a detailed transistor level understanding of a variety of analog and logic circuits.A persistent attention to details and a high level of comfort in working with investigative nature of activities.Must have excellence written and verbal English communication skillsPreferred SkillsStrong fault isolation experience is desired.
