If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Job Purpose:The TSS Consultant is a specialist in VMware products who provides support (through QA responses) for technical issues faced by customers, partners, and system integrators. This role involves acquiring in-depth technical knowledge related to a wide range of solutions and services that constitute enterprise hybrid cloud solutions based on the strengths in specific technical areas, in order to provide added value to customers.Job Responsibilities:Assign TSS Consultants as dedicated product specialists to address issues with VMware products that customers use under annual contracts.TSS Consultants understand customer operations and project plans, and provide technical Q&A to promote the adoption, deployment, and stabilization of VMware products (excluding product defects).Facilitate smooth execution of customer VMware solutions and promote preventive maintenance.Technical Q&A support for VMware products/features.Conduct regular meetings/technical discussions (in-person or remote).Provide information on the latest VMware KB patches, releases, and security alerts in Japanese.Hands-on investigation for product/feature specifications.Build good relationships with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements and ensure project success.Organization:VMware Professional Services Organization (PSO)PSO plays a key role in ensuring the successful utilization of VMware solutions by customers. It supports customers in strategizing and utilizing solutions across all areas where VMware can contribute to their businesses, including data center virtualization, hybrid cloud utilization, mobile utilization, etc. PSO also provides various support services during the operational phase.
