Pre and Post Silicon Power and Thermal AI System Lead

Assist in characterization of upcoming 3D-IC validation vehicles for power and thermal correlation to pre and post silicon values.  Collaborating with fellow team members on characterization plans pre and post silicon to maximize learning opportunities.2. Drive changes to the simulation tools for power and thermal analysis based on silicon learnings.  Collaborating with peers and methodology leaders across the organization.3. Drive product bench board design needs for next-gen 3D-IC test-chip to ensure the following:   a. Specifying requirements for VRM and power distribution, working with peer SMEs to drive solutions.   b. Specifying requirements for cooling solutions, working with peer SMEs to drive solutions.   c. Develop customer reference specifications for solutions.  Engage and collaborate with end customers.4. Work with the test team to develop high volume characterization solutions for power/thermals at ATE.  5. Help with future looking power/thermal requirements such as:    * DVFS solution or components to provide a more robust solution to our customers    * Digital thermal sensor specification to provide more robust sensor coverage    * Evaluation of future technologies and helping drive organizational roadmaps.Education/Experience required:BS degree in Electrical Engineering/related field and 15+ years of related experience or MS degree in Electrical Engineering/related field and 13+ years of relate experience.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $132,000 - $220,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
