Assist in characterization of upcoming 3D-IC validation vehicles for power and thermal correlation to pre and post silicon values. Collaborating with fellow team members on characterization plans pre and post silicon to maximize learning opportunities.2. Drive changes to the simulation tools for power and thermal analysis based on silicon learnings. Collaborating with peers and methodology leaders across the organization.3. Drive product bench board design needs for next-gen 3D-IC test-chip to ensure the following: a. Specifying requirements for VRM and power distribution, working with peer SMEs to drive solutions. b. Specifying requirements for cooling solutions, working with peer SMEs to drive solutions. c. Develop customer reference specifications for solutions. Engage and collaborate with end customers.4. Work with the test team to develop high volume characterization solutions for power/thermals at ATE. 5.
