We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to help build efficient customer-facing recommendation systems to deliver to our users the music they will love to listen to. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Understanding of object oriented programming, design patterns and API design (you should be happy to work in Java) Hands-on experience with feature engineering, batch or streaming and highly distributed online systems A vision of how to engineer modern ML-driven system that allow for fast iteration cycles Effective collaboration with researchers to improve recommendation algorithms Description Description Our team is responsible for providing personalised features for Apple Music including Radio, Listen Now, and Personal Mixes. Our work includes data analysis, large-scale feature pipelines, machine-learned model training and inference, and online services to provide real-time personalised experiences.
