Ready to shift mindsets?Your Day to Day As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you would be working on:Design and Administration of Sales Compensation Programs & Projects: Incl., Business Development (BDR) plan management, quotas, & crediting; Small Business Organization plan delivery; providing ad-hoc compensation and commission analysis, modeling of proposed compensation plans and reporting as required; contributing toward varied aspects of the end-to-end commissioning processCollaboration with Sales, Sales Operations & Finance teams: Incl., Resolving commission related issues, driving cross functional relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, and FinanceCommunications: Participating in the roll out of compensation plans to the sales force, preparing supporting documentation, etc.Process Improvements: driving process improvements within commissions processingWhat We’re Looking ForAs a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, your background will look like:4+ years of experience working on Sales Compensation teams; preferably within fast-paced technology companies, (i.e., ability to successfully manage and operate throughout continuous change and evolution, etc.)Platform and tools alignment: Xactly/Incent or a similar cloud based ICM solution, Salesforce.com, Excel, (Incl., working with large data sets)Combination of self-motivation, analytical skills, and problem solvingEffective written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related fieldAt GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving and dynamic work environment. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
