As a key member of the NVIDIA professional services group, we're searching for an experienced and strategic Infrastructure Service Manager to join our growing data center services team. Be dedicated to ensuring the seamless build, operation, growth, and excellence of our infrastructure blueprint services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PS engineers, hardware and software engineering, data center operations, and project managers, to ensure the seamless delivery of services and outstanding customer experiences and initiatives.What will you be doingFacilitate the identification of goals, action plans, skills plans, and testing to improve performance in alignment with organizational data center blueprint priorities.Develop a comprehensive strategy for data center planning, optimization, and enhancement of blueprint and operational work and find opportunities to scale, promote efficiency, and drive operational excellence while ensuring team engagement.Implement a unified datacenter methodology for better alignment against key business priorities and resource allocations. Provide insights for work prioritization of decision-making on investment areas across the organization.Drive new site startup establishment, focusing on cross-functional collaboration and preparing the site for new build types and AI Infrastructure. Identify and address gaps in site-level blueprint coordination.Establish an onsite cross-functional organizational team capacity and testability blueprint.Conduct project prioritization, handle site resource allocation, and facilitate long-term planning to support critical business needs. Align operational metrics and facilitate regular active reviews.Identify blueprint risk mitigation plans and opportunities for continuous improvement to maintain and elevate operational excellence. Build the organization-level Infrastructure Services blueprint.What we need to see:BS/MA in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced certifications in project or program management are a plus.8+ years of relevant experience in program management, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end service programs, including project scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and customer engagement. 4+ years of technical or service program management experience in the data center domain.Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively understand and address client needs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, engineers, and project managers, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet project objectives.Attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.Experience with cloud infrastructure and data center deployments is a plus.We are widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
