NVIDIA is searching for a world-class engineer within our XR team to help accelerate Cloud XR development. In this role, you will apply both systems knowledge and technical leadership to scale development of NVIDIA's XR efforts. We need a highly creative, independent and self-starting engineering disciplinary professionals to help us invent that future. What you'll be doing:Applying graphics, networking, computer vision and machine learning techniques to improve augmented and virtual environments and interactions in AR and VREngaging in cross platform development in C++Co-developing requirements and algorithms for new simulation systemsWhat we need to see:BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience8+ years of experience in a similar or related rolePractical experience solving real world problems with deep learningSignificant experience in C++Deep knowledge of compute graphs, especially as they apply to media / entertainment / real time settingsExtensive experience working in large scale code bases / projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPhenomenal team player and collaboratorSolid understanding of real time systems such as gamesUnderstanding of ML techniquesKnowledge and experience working with game engines like UE4Ways to stand out from the crowd:Background with GPU optimization for increased framerate and reduced latency a plusExperience with development for augmented reality, virtual reality, or other forms of head mounted displaysWith highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers.
