The selected intern will gain valuable experience and expand their skills working on the most exciting tech in the industry. You will work with others in our business operations group, learning the ropes while making a positive contribution to building supercomputers. We are part of a fast paced and fast-growing part of Nvidia, and we are changing the world. Our team helps make AI possible by overcoming supply chain and inventory challenges and making our engineering team successful. NVIDIA is an equal opportunity employer and provides growth opportunity when we achieve and exceed development goals.What you'll be doing:Working with the team, other groups, and management to ensure our materials are accounted for, and we have what we need at the right time in the right place.Problem solving issues and continually improving our processes.Learning from others and bring-up how to handle our work more efficiently for the next project.Working with other Nvidia teams to break down barriers and deliver products to our engineers at the Speed of Light.Producing executive quality reporting through up to date and accurate data.Using tools like Jira, Coupa, SAP, Slack, Google, Excel; Accessing vendor and shipper portals; working closely with Suppliers and Nvidia teams.What we need to see:Pursuing BA or MBA in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or another relevant fieldKnowledge of fundamentals of financeAbility to problem solve and deliver results with tools such as SAP, Coupa, Jira, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and ExcelRequires good interpersonal and problem solving and the capability to multi-task.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Ability to work independently with dedication and showing that you understand this is not just an administrative position.Being accurate and efficient while able to prioritize numerous tasks in a fast-paced environment.High level of ownership, accountability, and the ability to communicate clearly and collaboratively with coworkers, suppliers, and other multi-functional teams (verbal & written).Preferred duration: 12-weeksNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
