This team supports all technical aspects of sales engagements. You will be responsible for driving our end-to-end technology solutions with focus on networking portfolio. Work with some of our most strategic cloud, HPC, telco and enterprise datacenter customers, as well as providing field feedback to our marketing and engineering teams on our product strategy. If you have a real passion for technology, and you are interested in a role that you can make a difference in and contribute at all different levels, this may be a phenomenal position for you.What you'll be doing:Define reference architectures - blueprint for end-to-end solutions integrating GPU and networking into a data-center solutionFinding new business opportunities for Nvidia Networking products and technology solutions in cloud, telco, enterprises, artificial intelligence, and Large-Language-Models (LLM) applications and works closely with the Sales teams and Product Marketing to make our customers dreams a reality.Technical account management for Nvidia Networking product key accountsConducting regular customer meetings for product updates and introductions to new technology solutions and delivering product roadmap presentations to customers and technology partnersResponding to RFP/RFI proposals for AI factories, HPC clusters, Cloud, Enterprise and more, covering network designsBuilding and delivering custom-tailored product demonstrations and POCs for solutions that address critical business needs for our customersTechnical project management of complex networking deployments and design-in opportunitiesAnalyzing and troubleshooting performance issues with new technology at the customer site and preparing and delivering technical training presentationsProvide constructive feedback to engineering regarding product requirements, evolution, including submitting Requests for Enhancements supported with business evidenceWhat we need to see:This role is for an individual with the motivation and skills to drive the technical pre-sales process. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Solution Architect (or similar Sales Engineering roles) experienceA Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineeringDatacenter engineering, networking, or cloud application knowledge. Deep networking experience, including network topologies considerations, solid knowledge of L2/L3 Ethernet or other networking protocolsUnderstanding of system-level issues, including Operating Systems, Linux kernel drivers, PCIe devices, NICs, and hardware architectureTechnical presentation skills and confidence in developing Proofs-of-ConceptMust have strong sense of achievement and customer focused attitudeEffective time management and capable of balancing multiple demands with competing deadlinesTravel required as needed, mainly in FranceWays to stand out from the crowd:Low latency / high BW interconnect such as InfiniBandAbility to handle and resolve critical customer issues/problems resulting in a high level of customer satisfactionNVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
