If so, we invite you to join our team as Finance Administrator for the Workforce Solutions MPS Supplies team. Responsibilities:Manage Invoices: Handle the approval, audit, and escalation processes for invoices from Supplies Vendors.PO Management: Oversee the creation and management of purchase orders for the MPS Supplies business.Accrual Tracking: Track and report accruals for the MPS Supplies Business to ensure accurate financial reporting.Reporting: Generate various reports related to MPS Supplies business as needed by internal partners.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in cross-functional team interactions to ensure seamless business operations.Education and Experience Required:First-level university degree or equivalent experience.2-3 years of experience in finance operationsExperience and understanding of HP MPS business a plus.Required Skills:Communication: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish.Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial processes.Organizational Skills: Well-organized, responsive, and able to prioritize multiple requests.Initiative: Self-starter with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large amounts of data; proficiency in MS Excel.Team Player: Collaborative team player with a positive work ethic, valuing diverse perspectives.Job -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Costa Rica)Travel -NoRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
