Head of Strategic Finance Process and CapabilitiesDescription -Reporting to the Global Controller and Finance Operations leader, the Vice President of Strategic Finance Capabilities will be a key member of staff, responsible for the capabilities, process and automation support across the full finance team.  This position is responsible for setting the vision for defining and driving the process and automation teams, leading the targeted control environment process and automation enhancements, and championing the digital transformation across the various finance functions. Additionally, this role will drive SOX Mega process mapping (P2P, L2C, R2R) working with EY, IA, Controls Hub. Identify control efficiencies with process improvement recommendations.  Position responsibilities also include: Identify and drive process control automation.Drive training programs including ADAPT. Focus on technical acumen, deploy skills of the future training wheel and people engagement.BCP ownership for Global Finance teams and representative in eCMT. Record Management Officer for Finance. External benchmarking for controllership and ops team to ensure we stay in front of emerging risks and regulatory trends and drive operational excellence.As the driver of the capabilities team, they will work to connect the dots on key priorities and closely the senior leadership teams, global business unit leaders, finance stakeholders, Digital and Transformation office. Will provide insights to inform and influence the strategic decisions with these key groups. The role is the leader of the core automation and process teams and responsible for the collaboration with the D&TO team. It is the key driver of Gen AI strategy and focus areas.
