Senior Director of Security Strategy and Cyber Program DeliveryDescription -About the Role:The appointed cybersecurity leader will collaborate closely with our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to refine and implement strategic initiatives across HP's global cybersecurity framework. This role involves orchestrating a comprehensive security strategy, drawing insights from various stakeholders including security experts, legal, privacy, audit, and D&TO teams. Additionally, the leader will spearhead large-scale security initiatives with worldwide implications across HP's diverse markets.An essential aspect of the role entails analyzing cyber metrics to develop relevant key risk indicators and performance metrics across critical security domains like identity management, vulnerability assessment, cloud security, incident response, vendor management, and security training. Effective collaboration and leadership skills are crucial, as this individual will need to influence outcomes and foster resilience within HP's cyber program while earning the trust of company executives and representing the CISO in key forums.Moreover, the leader will assist in budget management, facilitate training programs to keep HP's cyber workforce abreast of industry developments, and contribute to talent development efforts. Candidates should possess significant experience in senior technology roles within Fortune 100 companies, with a track record of delivering impactful cybersecurity solutions.
