Customize and extend the Oracle Service Cloud / RightNow application, develop Add-ins, Write and execute ROQL queries, perform CRUD operations using Connect web services as well as prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and data extracts, Implement integration between different systems. Participate in project management and planning.Provide guidance and leadership on Oracle Service Cloud related project planning and activities.Responsible for data quality and deduplication efforts using validation rules, clean data practices and duplicate management tools.Supervises work of 2 employees (Junior Oracle Developer and Oracle Developer).Pre-Requisites :Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus at least 6 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Principal Consultant, Technical Lead, Systems Analyst, or related role.All applicants must have at least 6 years of experience in customer service industry.The applicable experience must also include 6 years of experience with the following: (1) Python, C#, Node JS, HTML, PHP, YUI, MVC, Codeigniter and Javascript (2) REST & SOAP Webservices (3) Implementing B2C CRM solutions using Oracle Service Cloud (4) MySQL, ROQL, SQL Server, ORM & Connect Object Model (5) BUI extension framework (6) Chat Implementation (7) leading developers and administrators with varying backgrounds and levels of expertise.5% domestic, 5% international travel required.Salary Ranges (per annum):$177,029.00 - $179,803.00Disclaimer: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Are you game?
