Job Summary:Senior Manager, Product Management – InsightsLocation: London, United Kingdom - flexible with international travel (hybrid)Division: Enterprise DataContract Terms: Permanent, 40 hours per weekTHE TEAMTicketmaster’s Data Products team sits at the heart of our Enterprise line of business and it aims to empower Ticketmaster’s B2B clients to run their business, sell more tickets and generate incremental revenue with the right data, through the most appropriate tools, at the right time, ensuring accuracy and consistency.THE JOB We are seeking a Sr Manager, Product Management to join the Data Products team and lead the Insights area to define actionable, relevant and forward-looking Insights that allow Ticketmaster B2B clients (promoters, venues, sports clubs, artists…) to harness the power of Ticketmaster’s data and make data-driven decisions.The role is fundamental in driving the successful delivery of an enterprise scale Insights programme for Ticketmaster’s clients, where you and your team will define intuitive and scalable insights and dashboards that unlock the power of our data for our clients.   As the product lead for TM1 Insights, you will drive the vision, strategy, design and implementation of a suite of enterprise-level dashboards and the related insights that power them to allow Ticketmaster clients to manage workflows and take data-driven actions.  The ideal candidate is extremely comfortable working with clients, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders. He or she is both analytical and creative and has experience and passion building vision and roadmaps for large scale, data-driven applications using the latest technology. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Own, manage, prioritise and publish product vision and roadmap for the Insights offering through value-based techniques, business and technology strategy and business opportunity, incorporating requirement needs from sponsor, stakeholder and SME’sDrive the definition, evangelization and implementation of a strategic vision for TM1 Insights across TicketmasterBe an expert in data story-telling, data visualization and reporting tools.Collaborate with Design, Architects, Dev/Engineering and QA to ensure appropriate level of detail for product acceptance criteria is agreed and understood and that all product development meets the goals of the project and overall strategyManage change and promote the continuous improvement of products and processesEnsure the product managers are hands-on within the project team on a day-to-day basis, continually inspecting and shaping the backlog in response to the changing business landscape or technical discoveriesEnsure conflicts are reconciled and consensus built across the Product, PMO, Engineering teams and stakeholders for all initiatives and critically evaluate information gathered through end-to-end analysis across technology stacks, working with technology leads on feasibility and specificationEnsure that Product Management processes are fully integrated into the end to end SDLCMentor, Coach and manage the work of other Product Managers on the same stack, ensuring they have a solid understanding of the product vision and are delivering appropriate artefacts of sufficient quality within the expected timelines  Work with operational and marketing teams to ensure successful product rollouts and client adoptionPartner with product mangers in other verticals to coordinate the release of new features and solicit input on new features and optimizationsWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW Demonstrable experience in technology and data focussed product management or business analysisSuccessful delivery of complex data-centric programme, such as Data warehousing, CRM marketing, BI and reporting, Analytics…Experience of data mesh architectural principles, data lake infrastructure and Databricks technology highly desirable.Ability to lead with an enthusiastic, high-energy and motivating approach, who is visibly passionate and is capable of inspiring and motivating a skilled team of Product Managers.Exemplary communications skills, evidence of excellent active listening skills in order to take on board  stakeholders needs and requirements and ability to articulate user journey and complex subjects to business users at executive level.Capable of managing multiple products and programmes simultaneously, constantly assessing the evolving business needs and managing priorities based accordingly. YOU Technically fluent, understand how your products get built end to end and can use that knowledge to work with engineering partners to make smart decisions.Passionate about data and the data land, comfortable with the creation of sketches, wireframes and prototypes for dashboard design.Analytical and problem solver, capable of distilling complex challenges and issues into understandable elements.A clear and concise communicator who can express ideas persuasively and articulately with both business and technology leads at all levels of an organisationEnergetic, self-driven and proactive, able to operate autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentEffectively manages their work and time to deliver outputs in required timescalesPragmatic in considering alternative options in response to changeOpen and collaborative working style, encouraging an interactive approach to requirements analysis, definition and evaluating solution options with SME’s Earn the trust of clients, co-workers and fans;
