THE JOB We are searching for ambitious, highly motivated, creative and thoughtful Product Design Intern(s), across multiple locations around the world! As a Product Design Intern, you will work hands on with our world-class product delivery teams to provide user experience design, visual/interface design, interaction design and research support on a wide range of projects across our broad global portfolio. Your contributions will reach over billion fans and clients around the world as we define, innovate and evolve our products. The role is open to recent graduates or current, gap-year undergraduates on a degree course looking for a 12-month placement. Candidates in accredited digital design or product design programs with focus in user experience (UX) and/or user interface (UI) design are preferred but not required. This is a paid, 12-month position.You have a promising introductory design portfolio of thoughtful, easy-to-use websites, mobile applications, visual and/or product design work. Passion and interest in design, user behavior, technology, psychology, business and current and future trends are critical. Ability to use industry standard design software (Adobe CS, Figma, Sketch, etc.), code or prototype is a bonus. Strong conceptual, design, and/or typography skill are desired.The most important factors we are looking for are: 1) Creativity; 2) Solid design education or committed background; 3) Ability to work and think independently; 4) Ability to understand and manage complexity; 5) Ability to problem solve (nothing is unachievable!); and 6) Aptitude for learning, and 7) Handling multiple projects at once.You will need to be open to an almost start-up mentality (but with the resources and scale of a global company!).
