This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational skills, strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to work efficiently, accurately, and effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and critical thinking skills and have the ability to foster strong working relationships with senior executives, partners, and clients at all levels of an organization. This team member will be an enthusiastic participant in Vibee’s groundbreaking initiatives in non-traditional ticketing within cutting edge spaces. This position reports to the Director, Ticketing and Platform.RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor ticket sales and compile sales summaries for distribution to designated stakeholdersGather information from all teams to structure builds and maintain events on the Vibee sales platform with Event Programming CoordinatorCollaborate on ticketing strategies with internal and external stakeholders to execute unique client needs in high profile spacesManage inventory and ticket holds for all events, on and off platformAssist in reserved seating assignments, when requiredManage internal and group order system for Vibee eventsAssist in documenting Vibee ticketing standard operating proceduresLiaise with Vibee Experience team to ensure package fulfillmentDevelop relationships with Integration partners and their internal ticketing teamsWork with Properties team to ensure quality control of Hotel information and inventory adjustmentsAssist in onsite ticketing management, when requiredOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS4+ years of experience in the music, concert, and/or event industryDemonstrated knowledge of ticketing software, event programming, and box office operations is preferred.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience.Excellent inventory and project management skills.Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to apply ticketing strategies to out-of-the-box, high pressure situations.Outstanding reporting and analysis skills.Impeccable organizational skillsAbility to prioritize, organize, problem solve, follow-up, and communicate.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in spreadsheets, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Airtable, and AsanaMust be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and smallSuperior oral and written communication.Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel extensively and work evenings and weekends, as requiredMust be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.WORK ENVIRONMENTMust be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environmentsMay work in drastic temperature climatesMust be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlinesMust be willing and able  to travel extensively both domestically and abroadMust be able to continuously stand or walk.Must be able to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequentlyMust be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionallyMay occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfacesPosition will expose candidate to sensitive company information and so must maintain strict confidentialityMust exercise the utmost discretion in dealing with staff, vendors, and business associates regarding sensitive mattersApplicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Vibee for a visa.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYVibee strongly supports equal employment opportunity for all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, marital status, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by state or federal law.HIRING PRACTICESThe preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
