We are privileged to enable the best of the best in Professional Services, both within Workday and our essential partners!About the RoleField Readiness Architects (FRAs) are the primary leaders by functional product area that drive field awareness and make sure consultants are fully equipped to implement Workday. Workmates in this role are passionate about supporting Workday consultants and collaborating closely with consultants, product management, strategic services, other field readiness architects across the Workday platform and the partner ecosystem. The Recruiting Field Readiness Architect’s primary responsibility is running the successful delivery of field readiness programs for Workday Recruiting, which includes Candidate Engagement. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
