Come work with us if you like to tackle big problems and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.   About the Role: The Credit Analyst will decision credit applications that are submitted by our dealer customers through third-party vendors in line with Upgrade’s credit policies. The Credit Analysts maintain and grow strong, mutually profitable business partnerships between Upgrade Auto Finance (UAF) and automobile dealerships. They’ll educate key dealership decision makers on the features, attributes, and benefits of UAF lending programs. The credit analyst is also responsible for market knowledge, dealer issues, and communication of market conditions to the UAF staff and management team.  This role requires residency in Grapevine, TX.  What You’ll Do:   Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and  analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
