Candidates who are willing to relocate are also encouraged to apply.  Job Title: Senior Program Manager Job Intro:  As Verana Health reinvents how research happens with data and technology in the healthcare space, we are growing our Program Management Office to help solve complex real-world problems across multiple therapeutic areas. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with experience in healthcare technology to connect our Product, Medical, Engineering, and Data & Science teams. Our Program Managers work cross-functionally to deliver valuable solutions in high leverage areas such as data platform development, quality of care reporting, DaaS and SaaS product development, Real-World Evidence, and clinical trials. As a Senior Program Manager you will lead programs and initiatives in several of these areas while balancing delivery, quality, compliance, and innovation. This role will report to the Director of Program Management. Prior experience bringing multiple data products all the way through a development lifecycle is considered a plus. As you will help our teams to scale and extend toolchains including AWS Data Exchange, Sagemaker, Databricks, Delta Lake, Jira, Slack, and the Google Suite, project planning and documentation will only be a starting point for your daily activities. PMP and healthcare technology certifications are appreciated but not necessary so long as your abilities in process design and cross-team collaboration are stellar. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams to document scope and objectives, execute with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver complex software and data programs Partner with product managers, data scientists, clinicians, engineers and business stakeholders using program management methodologies that are fit for purpose Create project plans, resolve dependencies, and actively help team members complete critical path activities across multiple disciplines Foster a creative and principled environment where team members can achieve innovation and repeatable success Embody strong communication skills: written, verbal, and visual Maintain a multifocal outlook for day-to-day progress and roadmap-level execution Demonstrate analytical thinking and sound problem solving techniques Exhibit a passion towards healthcare and improving patient outcomes Basic Requirements: A minimum of a BA or BS degree.
