About the Role
The Integrations Manager plays a pivotal role in Stylitics, shaping new clients' first impressions and ensuring strong partnerships with existing clients. As the clients' technical partner, you will guide them through every step of the product integration process, ensuring seamless data integrations into the Stylitics platform and delightful shopper experiences across key retail channels. A deep understanding of how javascript widgets are embedded in websites and communicate with back-end servers is crucial for success in this role.
Your impact will be significant, as you help simplify a complex process and create an easy experience for clients while ensuring our technology is implemented and optimized for each client site. This is a client-facing role, and your efforts will be critical in ensuring that every new client feels supported and satisfied throughout their journey with us. You often represent the company and build the client's trust in our expertise across technology and styling.
What You Will Do
Educate end users and client stakeholders on the integration details and best practices across the Stylitics Product Suites and Platform
Act as the technical liaison across all integration activities throughout the implementation effort, ensuring client engagement along the way
Provide detailed technical guidance to client teams supporting their data transfer, development, and other technical integration responsibilities
Be a client advocate ensuring every experience is positive and solutions-oriented
Communicate functionality and value of Stylitics products and systems to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences
Architect data integration rules for new and existing clients
Work with Account, Product, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot, escalate, communicate, and resolve integration issues and bugs
Assist in discovery conversations with clients to design solutions for use of our offerings in new use cases or technical ecosystems
Provide frequent and meaningful information to management on the status of assigned tasks and project risks and issues
Track client feedback and provide updates to Product and Engineering teams
Create & maintain playbooks and FAQs for existing and new product integrations
Assist with QA for new core platform products and feature enhancements
Do everything you can to make it easy for our clients to launch quickly and painlessly
Must-Have Qualifications
4-6 years of relevant job experience in a similar role in a SaaS or web company
Solid understanding of data systems and data relationships with the ability to learn various data environments
Ability to analyze and transform XML, JSON, and flat file data formats
Demonstrated ability to determine and document technical requirements
Strong understanding of web and mobile architecture
Ability to make, read, and troubleshoot API and web service calls
Experience using browser developer tools such as network tracking, element inspectors, etc.
Attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills, and a passion for problem-solving
Client-facing experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Learn technical concepts quickly and communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Be able to multitask and prioritize project tasks and tickets, and succeed within a fast-paced environment
Some experience analyzing, writing, and debugging code
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university strongly preferred
Previous solutions consultant, computer engineer, or data analyst experience
Experience developing with HTML / CSS / JavaScript / SQL
Background in SaaS / E-commerce
Client management experience including tactical technical support
eCommerce and product feed experience
Awareness of Retail industry and technology trends
Salary
When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay, and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 USD annually. The final offer also takes into account other factors of a total compensation package, including what is market-based on the region. Please note that the range is being shared in good faith and is subject to modification based on changing market and business conditions.
