As we strive towards our vision of becoming the global benchmark in travel support, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Training Coordinator to join our dynamic Training and Development team.  As a Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating onboarding classes, managing communications with new hires, and creating engaging training content. Reporting directly to the Training Manager, you will contribute to the growth and success of our workforce by ensuring that employees receive comprehensive and effective training.   Responsibilities :   Facilitate Onboarding Classes:   Conduct interactive and informative onboarding sessions for new hires.   Coach new hires, offering constructive feedback for continuous improvement.   Provide guidance and resources to ensure optimal performance of new team members and a positive onboarding experience.   Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their respective roles.   Content Creation:   Develop and update training materials, presentations, and resources.   Design engaging and effective training content to meet the learning objectives.   Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance training programs.   Communication Management:   Establish and maintain effective communication channels with new hires.   Address queries, concerns, and feedback promptly to enhance employee engagement.   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication processes.   Collaboration:   Work closely with the Training Manager to align training programs with organizational goals.   Collaborate with the QA team to stay informed about emerging trends and ensure alignment within the team   Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.   Qualifications:   1-2 years of experience in training facilitation or a related role.   Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).   Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and effective training materials, including 1-pagers, presentations, and SOPs.   Experience with WorkRamp or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS).   Experience in updating and maintaining a knowledge base.   Experience in applying gamification techniques for onboarding training using tools like Kahoot!    Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing processes.   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.   Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.   Ability to coach new hires, conduct shadow sessions, and contribute to the performance management of new team members   Preferred Qualifications:   Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.   Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.   Knowledge of utilizing Zoom or Teams breakout sessions to enhance engagement and participation during training.   Experience using project management tools like Asana or Jira, and collaborative design tools like FigJam.   Experience in a fast-paced customer support or call center environment.     Cash Compensation:     The base salary range for this role is $52,380 annually.
