What You’ll Do
Oversee the input, maintenance, and accuracy of data within our ERP system, ensuring accurate records of inventory levels and stock movement, as well as identifying discrepancies
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with established company standards
Request and support regular cycle counts of physical inventory to reconcile system data for physical stock
Generate reports for inventory and data integrity performance, highlighting areas for improvement
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records by executing proper transactions or escalating to the appropriate owner of the transaction(s) to determine best solution
Work closely with warehouse logistics, operations and accounting teams to streamline processes and minimize inventory issues and discrepancies
Implement and improve inventory control procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement within our ERP system
You
Have proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist, ERP data controller or have been in a similar role
Have a strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
Have in-depth experience and understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities
Are proficient in MS Excel or Google spreadsheets
Are committed to maintaining high levels of data accuracy
Have excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Are an effective communicator and can collaborate with other teams
Nice to Have
Experience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry
Experience or understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles
Experience with Oracle Netsuite
SAP (or equivalent) superuser and/or hands on experience launching ERP system

Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $76,680-$109,080. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
