Senior Associate, People Experience & Programs At GOAT Group, the People team is an integral part of our dynamic global company. As a member of the People Experience and Programs team, you’ll alternate between being an independent self-starter and highly integrated cross-functional collaborator to solve problems using data driven strategies and build innovative programs that improve the employee experience. In this dynamic role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive GOAT’s vision for people forward through programs that impact all GOAT Group employees. In this role you will: Collaborate with the Manager, People Experience & Programs (PEP) and broader PEP team to shape the employee experience across GOAT Group’s corporate, warehouse, and retail populations. Have full cycle ownership in building, implementing and enhancing talent programs that may span a variety of employee initiatives, including performance management, career pathing, succession management, talent development, and employee engagement. Leverage data insights and seamlessly partner with stakeholders across the business, including our broader People Team, Executive Team, and other leaders across GOAT’s business, to inform program design and drive program alignment and adoption. Ensure readiness and communications materials are in place to facilitate employee adoption of programs. Measure and assess the impact of talent programs, incorporating the insights to continuously improve programs. We are looking for: 5+ years of relevant professional experience in HR program management, ideally focused on talent management, talent development or organizational development. A love of continual learning, approaching the challenges of an ambiguous environment with a curious mindset and “get-the-job-done” mentality Strong project management skills, capable of seeing cross-functional initiatives from design through implementation while keeping stakeholders appropriately engaged Experience in telling stories with data, both quantitative and qualitative Comfort engaging in a wide cross-functional array of stakeholders, both within HR and across other business functions “User-centric” mindset, with an ability to think innovatively to create the best experience for our employees Experience and familiarity with talent management, organizational development and behavior, leadership development, industrial-organizational psychology, or other fields relevant to human capital management Excellent communication, detail-orientation, and organization abilities The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
