Learn more about  Life at GitLab .   Responsibilities Partner Portal management to align more to GitLab branding and messaging.  Own partner experience Partner communications to ensure consistent, on brand messaging aligned with customer and field communications Company, program, market opportunity and product promotion through portal, communication and events. Recruiting resources to promote programs to new partners and new teams at existing partners.  Welcome and Onboard communications to ensure new partners and partner team members are welcomed and engaged with clear call to action. Promote enablement, incentives and resources to drive greater partner engagement.  Reinforce how to make money with GitLab. Recognize and celebrate partner success to create a greater sense of partner community.  Manage swag for to partner marketing activities. Create resources to promote partners to internal teams and customers, and contribute to partner messaging in GitLab campaigns Support the creation of to partner content, ensuring resources are on-brand and professional  Manage partner feedback and coordinate partner advisory councils Requirements Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated progressive experience in channel programs. Experience building and managing a partner program, preferably in the DevOps space Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. Previous experience enabling partners to deliver services and solutions that grow revenue, expand customer footprint and drive renewals. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. See more information on our benefits and equity . Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary. Colorado/Washington pay range $86,800 — $167,400 USD California/Hawaii/New York/New Jersey pay range $86,800 — $167,400 USD Country Hiring Guidelines: GitLab hires new team members in countries around the world.
