Job Requisition ID #24WD75983Position OverviewThe Inside Sales Partner Manager is a liaison between Partners and Autodesk to facilitate joint execution of customer plans, open communications, and healthy business relationships. The focus of this role will be to take a leadership position within assigned Channel Partners through enabling, coaching, and motivating Partner executives and sales teams. The Inside Sales Partner Manager will also help us identify and formulate recommendations to solve Partners’ challenges that are limiting their ability to expand our business. The successful Partner Sales Manager is viewed as a trusted Autodesk Sales Manager by Partner leaders and sales teams while guiding growth and expansion of their Autodesk business. You will report to the Senior Manager, Channel development.You will be hybrid remote based in Denver, CO hub location.ResponsibilitiesYou will build relationships, act as responsible contact person for partner principals, management and respective teamsUnderstand partners business, organizational set-up and markets in which partners are activeEnsure common vision between Autodesk and PartnerYou will drive annual strategic plans, identify areas of investment and support executionRecaps quarterly sales results with partners and internally and helps set focus areas and goals for upcoming quartersYou will gain the trust and support of others and credit others for their accomplishments and contributionsCan manage and facilitate core internal and external teamsEnsure partners forecast is valid and inspires partner to achieve growthDevelop and support sales activities with partners, sets targets/milestones, measures results to executionPartner with internal Autodesk teamsLead sales and marketing plan executionIdentify causation of over/under performance by Partners through a variety of methods (pipeline management, observation, feedback) and modifies plans accordinglyDevelop recommendations to improve Partner’s sales strategies, coverage, and capabilitiesYou will attend Autodesk events internally and externally with partnersMinimum Qualifications4+ years experience in a customer-facing sales or services-oriented role (SaaS experience ideal)Experience with Channel organizationExperience using a CRM software systemBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceThe Ideal CandidateKnowledge of channel management principalsKnowledge of sales processes and sales management principalsKnowledge of Autodesk solutions and industries servedLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $76,000 and $110,000. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
