You will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and driving the operations of the sales organization's competitive takeout(s) and Global Accounts programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational, analytical, and program/project management background with a proven track record of successfully delivering outcomes.  This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, an organized methodology, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with a calm and decisive approach.  This individual will develop, mature and maintain operational cadences, programs, initiatives, and projects for the sales teams across a matrixed environment. You will partner closely with our product, finance, marketing, global services, and sales to ensure F5 is positioned to capture market share. Being able to influence across these different teams and functions will be a key to this role’s success.Primary Responsibilities Responsible for planning and managing multiple simultaneous initiatives and projects Establish and maintain a multi-year program roadmap with multiple workstreams and projects aligned to commitments. Ensure that initiatives have clear outcomes, scope, success criteria, and alignment with overall business objectives. Develop and maintain a program plan, roadmap, and timelines – identify workstreams and monitor the execution of the program per scope, schedule, resourcing, and budget. Establish team structure for each workstream, providing direction to project leads and coordinators on various workstreams to manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks to the overall program. Developing a summary of open projects, tasks, events, etc., for the regional team and holding team responsible for meeting set deadlines and exceeding expectations.Create and monitor measures of success / KPIs for the program, initiatives, and projects. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across various business units and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as an escalation point on risks, issues, and decisions, course-correcting as needed. Regularly update stakeholders and leadership on program status, milestones, and critical performance metrics. Establish program rhythm of business – including communications, status reports, and readouts to stakeholders and leadership. Act as liaison between Field Sales, Inside Sales, Channel Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance and Accounting.Design and deliver executive-level presentations as needed. Bring an outstanding blend of business, analytical, and technical acumen. Perform other related duties as assigned. The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.  However, the description may not be all-inclusive, and responsibilities and requirements are subject to change.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAdvanced communication skills, both in written and verbal form, to interact with cross functional teams and departments.Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision a must.Strong interest in identifying process improvement opportunities that support the key business operations.Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions under pressure. Strong ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal, and presentation formats to all levels of the organization from team members to executives. Strong ability to give executive summaries to any level of leadership is key. Strong organization and time management skills to keep programs on track. Ability to manage effectively in fast paced environment with multiple deadlines and competing priorities. Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise-level processes and the interplay between functions.  Ability to think strategically and act tactically as needed and be willing to roll your sleeves up. Has a learning mindset, keeps up on industry trends, research, and best practices. Ability to work independently in a dynamic fast paced environment, with minimal supervision.Previously worked in a high-tech environment required.Advanced in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelSalesForce experience a plusQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 8+ years of Sales Support, analytics, project/program management or related experience with a bachelor’s degreeLI- KT1The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
