This leader is responsible managing end to end recruiting operations for all agent hiring requirements. This role should also be highly analytical as the leader will also create agent recruiting analytics.This role will report directly to the Director for Talent Acquisition and will be located in our Bacolod site.The details.Responsibilities and Duties:Recruitment OperationsLead a team of recruiters responsible for the execution of HR interviews with prospective applicantsDoes Interviewing on a daily basisManages and Ensures excellent end to end Candidate ExperienceOversees seamless Recruitment ProcessCreates strategies in achieving seamless Onboarding of all New HiresCoordinate with training and workforce departments regarding new hire training schedulesEnsure proper tracking and maintenance of applicant and hiring reportsConceptualizes Process Improvement plans and ProjectsDirectly in charge of implementing all recruitment strategies and activitiesKeep calibrated with hiring managers regarding hiring updates and quality of hiresPeople ManagementDo coaching and providing proper feedback to recruiters regarding performance andopportunitiesCreates developmental plans and succession planning for the teamComes up with training modules or learning sessions to improve skills of team membersRecruiting AnalyticsMonitor hiring progress, goals and targetsPresents regular monthly, quarterly and annual business reportsAnalyzes Attrition and provide recommendation for Retention ProjectsHandles Reports Management and PresentationsRecruiting Analytics – create and analyzes recruitment-related reports on Attrition, Recruitment Process Reports on Pass Rates and Yield Rates, New Hire Demographics and ScorecardsPerform other duties when necessary.QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or other related coursesMinimum of 4-years of work experience with Recruitment in a BPO SetupWith at least 2-years background with BPO Volume HiringMust have at least 2-years supervisory experienceStrong English verbal and written communication skillsExcellent knowledge on recruiting analytics and in creating reports using Microsoft Offices and Google functions (e.g. Spreadsheet, Slides)Positive and Optimistic outlookHighly flexible and willingness to learnAbility to Motivate and develop team membersSolutions FocusedCandidate should be flexible with shift schedulesApplicants must be willing to work in BacolodWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
