We are well under way to hiring a team of top-notch engineers.   About the team: Access Risk Management (ARM) has an opportunity available for a Test Engineer II to join the Integration team in its Engineering department. ARM provides industry leading solutions for Governance, Risk Mitigation and Compliance for enterprises with SAP and other ERP systems.  You will be part of a team that is going to expand our ARM product line, specifically by integrating different systems across different technology stacks (Microsoft Azure / .NET / C# and AWS / Java / open-source). Our ideal candidate is a   Responsibilities include: Perform manual testing on engineering work items in multiple environments (QA, UAT, Production) Review new work-items (equivalent to Azure-DevOps PBIs or Jira Tickets) to understand requirements for newly implemented APIs and their respective request methods inputs (payload, path or query parameters) and outputs (expected response-body etc..). Write up test cases, build test plans, and organize them into correct bundles for happy path or regression testing using a test management suite (qTest, X-Ray, or TestRail) Contemplate positive and negative tests for inputs and expected outputs to cover various test scenarios and boundary values as needed. Work collaboratively with Test Team members, Product Owners, Test Manager and Developers in communicating issues, responding with test results and answering/clarifying any questions/concerns as needed. Participate in planning and grooming sessions on new features and contribute to testing estimates/projections. Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Developers and PMs) to identify system requirements and any additional information needed to compose comprehensive test scenarios.  Preferred skills or things you will learn in the role:  Experience in security testing. Experience with Continuous Delivery. Experience testing SaaS applications Experience working with a distributed team.  Tools & Technologies you’ll work with or learn: Jenkins, Cloudbees, Github, JIRA, AWS, Test Design Patterns, Selenium, Pact, Cypress or Playwright, and Contract Testing (preferred).   What success looks like in this role: Within 30 days you will..... Onboard into your new role, get familiar with our product offering and technology, proactively meet peers and stakeholders, set up your test and development environment.  By 90 days Collaborate with backend engineers and engineering managers to develop best practices for automation testing. Monitor and analyze quality performance and the health of our automation testing pipeline. Assist developers with testing issues and improving the team’s knowledge in automation testing. Assist in the creation and maintenance of testing environments. Assist in manual verification of full feature testing and ensuring quality across all supported devices.  By 6 months Be responsible for verifying the quality of features added or enhanced within the Identity Now product. Participate in planning sessions to gain knowledge of how to best create test plans for solutions designed. Proactively help improve quality methodologies within the organization to increase efficiency and work with other QA resources to form best practices for how to test SailPoint products.  By 1 year Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. Enable test automation.  While manual testing may be a starting point, it will never be the end goal. Establish a proven track record of implementing test automation tools within a product organization.  Benefits and Perks for Mexico based employees: SailPoint is committed to providing our Crew Members with a benefits program that is both comprehensive and competitive.
