The candidate must be a self-motivator, assertive, and personable individual to interface with customers,resellers, partners, sales, order management, and the billing team.Your day-to-day . • Assist in managing day-to-day collections operations for assigned customers and partners.• Review customer contracts, purchase orders, and invoices for payment terms to avoid any payment delays. • Monitor payment arrangements and document daily collection status in Excel and ERP system.• Assist with resending invoices as requested, preparation of tax credit memos, and approvals.• Provide exceptional customer service to investigate and resolve any disputed balances.• Enlist the help of the billing, sales team, and upper management to assist with collection efforts when necessary.• Provide weekly status and cash forecast of assigned customer accounts and present to the management.• Prepare audit related documents when requested.• Manage all external and internal requests that come through the Customer Onboarding & Accounts Receivable alias.• Manage & process new and existing customer information requests through the Jira portal.• Act as a point of contact and coordinate with various teams to ensure all areas of new/existing customer requests are met.• Ensure all Online Customer Portal accounts are updated and active. for example (Ariba) and other applicable portals.What you bring to the team Possess strong oral and written communication skills.Have a professional, courteous and positive demeanor.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; SharePoint, Salesforce, & Microsoft Dynamics D365 experience is preferred, along with customer portals such as Ariba.Demonstrates the ability to execute multiple, complex requests. Precise attention to details and meet assigned deliverable deadlines.Good analytical skills, detail oriented, and organized.
