The Opportunity:As the Group Creative Director of the Adobe Studio, Adobe’s in-house creative group, this dynamic leader owns and shapes creative strategy, expression, and development for all campaigns and brand experiences for Adobe in the EMEA region.This position supervises and mentors an experienced team of creative and art directors, while also managing agencies and vendors. Together, you and the team craft best-of-breed creative work that is both relevant and captivating, ensuring a consistent brand look and feel in all communications.What you'll do:Partnering closely with colleagues in the Marketing team, the global Studio, and other related functions, this individual assumes a leadership role and acts as an advocate in crafting unique marketing communications that build brand affinity and drive product demand within Adobe's Enterprise and Creative audiences. The Studio drives the complete creative development process, from translating campaign strategy into creative briefs, conceptualisation, to resourcing and outsourcing, approvals and asset delivery.This role requires a collaborative, innovative, and highly organised individual with corporate studio management experience. We're looking for someone with exceptional management skills to not only manage operations effectively but also foster a positive work environment through strong leadership and team development.Key responsibilities will include:Lead all aspects of creative initiatives, applying critical thinking and problem-solving to deliver exceptional creative expression and campaignsFoster creative excellence through customer-centric design expression, ensuring brand consistency, cultural relevance, and alignment with business objectives.Build influential and collaborative relationships with global peers, marketing and functional partners to understand their needs and priorities, clarify objectives and clearly communicate plans.Lead a team of creative professionals, cultivating a collaborative, positive and ambitious team environment to deliver excellence to partners across the organisation.Strive for operational excellence by identifying and driving improvements in design processes. Promote high standards in creative development, organisational management, and budget oversight.Own and manage agency relationships that include regular briefings, project and financial updates, and creative reviews.What you need to succeed:A world-class portfolio of original and breakthrough work, demonstrating passion and expertise in advertising, cross-channel marketing, social, and web. Proficient in achieving the right balance and alignment between brand building and demand creation.Be a strategic problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Capable of evangelizing and gaining support for creative concepts across various partners.Excel in the creative process, highlighting efficiency and effective prioritisation in a fast-paced environment. Deliver high-quality work on time and to specification.Exhibit strong leadership skills, guiding and developing a diverse team, fostering robust collaboration, trust, respect, and partnership within and throughout the organisation.Education & Experience:MA or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field with significant commercial experience, ideally a mix of agency and in-house, specialising in integrated, full-funnel campaigns.Highly skilled using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc).English speaker (first language or extremely proficient), German or French a plus.Experience working with Workday project management tool a plus.As our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
