For our business going forward we are looking to provide a 360° approach spanning from Products, Marketing, and Research to unlock significant growth in new vertical markets such as Fashion, E-Commerce etc.We seek to ensure that we are using our industry partners: hardware & tech, ISVs, startups, who are key to our success in the market of 3D Creativity.As part of the team, Strategic Customer Partnerships Manager will lead a selection of Strategic customers' projects reporting directly to Strategic Initiative and Partnerships Director.What you’ll doConsolidate and cultivate strategic relationship: Executive meetings, Workshops, Project team meetings …Manage Third party partners (Software, Hardware SI, ..) relationship : Synch, workload split, scheduling …Centralize customer requests for every product & workflowWork closely with R&D on Products roadmaps, implementation, access for Alpha & Beta testsSynch with Adobe-Customer extended teams (e.g. Strategy Group, Sales, CSMs)Additional tasks may include:Set-up and lead strategic projects with key customers and/or partners to showcase new workflows and technologies.Manage and coordinate the 3D&I org (Product, Marketing, Sales,…) engagement to deliver POC, Demos, R&D prototypes, …Leverage with communication and marketing successful collaborations to extend footprint in these new markets.Build strong ecosystem around these initiatives (Power users, Schools, Partners, …)Partnership management:Lead discussions with partners and be their main point of contactManage all partnership projects and coordinate internally with the different teams (Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Legal) to sign new partnerships and deliver new products with partnersContribute to the sourcing of new partnership opportunities (attending industry events, etc.)Make sure we value our existing partnerships by leading co-marketing and co-selling activitiesWhat you need to succeed:Strategic vision and brilliant execution capabilitiesAutonomous, influencer and user orientedUnderstanding of 3D market and Industry trends.Experience in a 3D Digital transformation within a company is a plus.Fast learner. Ability to ramp up quickly on a wide range of 3D technologiesCandidate should have excellent interpersonal skills to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to federate people and team around a common goal.Strong project management skills & experienceMasters in Business school and/or Engineering and/or Industrial Design or equivalent professional experienceOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,300 -- $193,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
