The Data Engineering team builds database solutions for various enterprise use cases including analytics, data science, and financial reporting. We want data to be at the core of everything that the company does. We also desire those who can balance rapid iteration and development with high product quality expectations and who are innovative and comfortable with ambiguity. What You'll DoDesign, build, and operationalize data engineering solutions for ServiceTitan data, analytics platforms and products.Develop self-service data and analytics capabilities to empower users to navigate our data ecosystem.Automate quality monitoring and respond to alerts when data delivery SLAs are not being met.Participate in architecture frameworks, design and implement high-performance complex solutions to support data and analytical products.Participate in  implementing efficient distributed storage and query techniques.Deliver high-quality code with corresponding test coverage. Implement CI/CD and other automation techniques to streamline data ingestion and delivery processes.Champion Data Governance, Compliance and Security best practices.What You'll Bring:B.S., M.S. or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field2+ years of experience in Software Engineering / Data Engineering rolesExperience with Spark, Python, Java, Scala or a similar programming languageExperience with Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)Experience with SQL skillsExperience (at least 1+ years) with the following are preferredAzure Cloud ComputingSnowflake / Databricks DbtAirflowSQL / Python / SparkExperience contributing to the data architecture and designData modeling and Data warehousing conceptsData transformations, standardizations and ETL processesSoftware Development best practices, code reviews and QA/Testing methodologiesData governance, security, and complianceBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
